Henna Art: Like Nail Art, But Better!

Eid occurs twice a year for Muslims around the world. And to celebrate Eid, my family goes all out with baked goods, presents, new clothing, and henna art.

This year, I got to spend both Eids with my husband and his family, and decided to decorate my hands with Henna art. I think my Henna turned out quite nicely.

Do you get fancy for the holidays?

The henna I used usually lasts for 2 weeks. There are others that can last up to a month! Depending on how long you keep it on while you let it set, it can be light or dark. The longer you keep it on, the darker.

I love this! Absolutely beautiful! I’d love to try it. But I don’t get fancy for the holidays. It’s very casual with my family.

How pretty! I love Henna, it’s like a tattoo without the pain and permanent-ness! :)
