WWE Goes Pink for the Cure! (Giveaway)

WWE recently partnered up with Susan G. Komen for the Cure featuring WWE Superstar, John Cena. Susan G. Komen for the Cure is the world’s largest non-profit funder of breast cancer research and community outreach programs. To support Komen for the Cure, WWE is going to utilize all assets to generate awareness!

John Cena will be wearing the Special Edition co-branded pink and black gear through October in honor of breast cancer awareness month. Fans can purchase the merchandise (hats, wristbands, t-shirts, headbands, etc) at the live events as well as online. The best part is that WWE will be donating 100% of its profits to Susan G. My great aunt has cancer and so does my uncle and cousin. They all are getting better and in remission. So hopefully the cancer goes away and never comes back.

My grandmother is a breast cancer survivor. She had a mastectomy about 15 or 16 years ago and went thorough all the chemo & radiation. She has not had anymore recurrences of that cancer but does have a spot of cancer on her eyelid. They tried radiation on it but it was too much on her, she may end up losing sight in that eye or something. I do love what the WWE is doing to raise awareness of breast cancer.

My father and my boyfriends father are both cancer survivors. Thank goodness they have both been clean and healthy for a long time now. This disease effects way to many people and takes strong tolls on everyone. I hope we can stomp it out for good!

I lost my godmother to it. Also three uncles, two aunts, two cousins, and four close friends. It touches everyone, even those who don’t actively have it- there’s always someone you know who is fighting it. We have to keep fighting to find a cure, there must be an answer somewhere.
