Whether it’s pizza, lasagna, or fettuccini Alfredo, Italian food is my absolute favorite. When my sisters and I get together for a night out, we always end up at our local Italian restaurant. While they each try something different each time, I seem to stick with the Italian classic- Lasagna.
I decided to put a twist on my favorite italian meals one day and for dinner I prepared lasagna rolls. It’s much simpler to make and makes ready-made portions that everyone can enjoy. The recipe took me no more than an hour to prepare and cook, and the best part is you can add different ingredients each time to suit your needs (zucchini, mushrooms, olives, chicken, etc).
Check out my recipe for lasagna rolls, you have to give it a try. I’m sharing this recipe with you to participate in the Macaroni Grill campaign with Share Our Strength. By doing so, they’re connecting kids to 500 meals! Learn more about the campaign at http://www.1millionmeals.com. #macgrillgive
