Wow! Wow! Wubbzy: A Wuzzleburg Tale Review and #Giveaway! (US) Ends 4/21
I honestly didn’t know that my niece and nephew were fans of Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! until I opened the DVD in front of them and they attacked me with excitement! It was definitely a pleasant surprise. The newest DVD in the Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! series, “A Wuzzleburg Tale”, has made a home in my sister’s DVD player. Her kids light up with joy when she plays “A Wuzzleburg Tale” as it’s the newest among their DVD collection.
What I personally enjoyed about “A Wuzzleburg Tale” was that each episode includes valuable life lessons for preschoolers, like my niece. She’s old enough to understand the lessons that Wubbzy exhibits and can incorporate them in her own life, especially towards her younger brother (age 2). Throughout the series, Wubbzy and his friends encounter different fairytale characters and challenges that they must solve together.
Preschoolers will travel through the Enchanted Grove with Wubbzy and Daizy as they search for a pickleberry bush for Widget in “Once Upon A Wubbzy”; solve the big mystery of why Wubbzy’s closest friends go missing on his birthday in “The Big Birthday Mystery” and try on a whole new size with Wubbzy and Daizy as they shrink themselves down with Widget’s Shrinky Dinky 3000 in “Welcome To The Dollhouse.”
There are additional episodes on the DVD as well as coloring and activity sheets, and music videos that are bound to keep your children entertained and interactive. I love that Wubbzy and his friends support social skills like sharing, listening, helping each other, and using their humor as a coping skill. I think this DVD would be beneficial for preschoolers, as I can already tell how much my niece (age 3) loves it.
