Night Food: Nutrition for Better Sleep Review

Just like you need a certain amount of nutrients for your body to function during the day, you need a certain amount of ingredients in order for your body to function properly during the night, too. High in fiber and low in calories, this late night snack satisfies your craving for a sweet snack while helping your body maintain your blood/glucose levels while you’re asleep. The best part about this sweet snack is that it will not give you sugar spikes you may encounter with other late night snacks. Night Food is packed with nutrients and ingredients to help replenish and rejunivate your body. It helps you maintain your sleep during the night so your body can function properly in the morning.
The package came with 6 individually wrapped Night Food bars. Considering the ingredients, the Night Food bar actually tasted good. I’m not saying it’s the best tasting bar, but it certainly tastes better than other bars I’ve tried. Night Food keeps me from constantly thinking about food before bed, and it successfully satisfies my late-night cravings. Candy bars usually give me a sugar rush, so I would definitely consider grabbing a Night Food bar instead if I want something sweet before bed. Night Food doesn’t give me a sugar rush, which was surprising to me because it’s very sweet.
One thing I didn’t like so much about Night Food was that it is very chewy to the point where I find myself chewing the same bite for a long time before I find it efficient enough to swallow. It took me quite some time to finish one bar and I found my jaw a little tired after eating one bar. I would suggest Night Food comes out with a crunchy bar of some kind because I wasn’t a fan of the chewy texture.
As far as functionality goes, I give Night Food a thumbs up. I didn’t find my tossing and turning trying to get to sleep like I normally do and I actually maintained my sleep throughout the night- only waking up once instead of 4-7 times. (I normally wake up when Squishy cries, so I’m not counting those times. I’m counting times where I wake up on my own and struggle to get back to sleep.) I think if you find yourself having trouble sleeping and you crave sweet snacks before bedtime, you should give Night Food a try. I will surprise you and hopefully help you sleep better!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
