Kimochis…Toys With Feelings Inside
Kimochis are one of my favorite childrens toy company because they are educational at heart. They also offer some of the best customer service, which I appreciate very much. I’ve worked with Kimochi on a review and giveaway a few months ago and I mistakenly sent them the wrong address for the giveaway winner. After realizing my mistake, I emailed the company explaining what happened. Nina informed me that they had already sent out the prize, however she was so kind to send a Kimochi to the correct giveaway winner, at no extra charge to me. It’s companies like this that I love working with. They realize that mistakes can happen, and forgive you with open hearts. I appreciate the Kimochis team very much!
